Your Kids are going to Love the Children's Playhouse in Boone, North Carolina.  In 2002, a group of locals from Boone, North Carolina, who wanted to enrich the lives of children by giving them somewhere fun and safe to play and learn, opened the Children's Playhouse. They created the perfect place for children from birth to the age of eight to interact and play with one another in an environment that encourages them to use their creativity.

The Children's Playhouse has a number of fun exhibits and activities to keep the children happy and mentally stimulated. Kids will find a book nook, a construction zone, a train climber and slide, a kid sized grocery store, a puppet theater and a lot more. Children can even take part in some fun science experiments. The music and drama corner is also every popular with the kids.

The special programs offered change on a weekly basis, so the kids will always find something new and exciting to do. Some of the most fun programs for the children are the art classes, where they can learn to make collages, mosaics out of Playdough, foam painting, and blot painting.

The Playhouse even has special events for the parents and caregivers. At these events, they can network with one another while the children play, check out books and toys for their children, and even take courses where they can learn some tips and tricks to help them communicate with their children.
